Description:
Powerful, right-handed cutting type N twist drill, suitable for all normal drilling operations in common materials

Diameter tolerance:
h8

Qualities:

HSS-R:
Point angle: 118°, drill point thinning: Flat point, surface: black, economical, rolled twist drills made of high-performance, high-speed steel with high fracture resistance and ground chamfer. Use for steel, cast steel alloys and non-alloys (<900 N/mm² tensile strength), grey-, malleable-, ductile-, cast and sintered iron, nickel silver, graphite and short cutting aluminium alloys, brass and bronze.

HSS-G:
Point angle: 118 °, drill point thinning: from 3 mm cross grinding (DIN 1412 C), surface: bare. From the full ground twist drill made of high performance, high-speed steel with high rotation precision. Use for steel, cast steel alloys and non-alloys (<900 N/mm² tensile strength), grey-, malleable-, ductile-, cast and sintered iron, nickel silver, graphite and short cutting aluminium alloys, brass and bronze.

HSS-G Co 5 (HSS-E):
Point angle: 130°, drill point thinning: from 3 mm cross grinding (DIN 1412 C), surface: bare. From the full ground twist drill made of high performance, high-speed steel (5% cobalt alloy) with high rotation precision and good heat resistance. Use for steel, cast steel alloys and non-alloys (<1100 N/mm² tensile strength), grey-, malleable-, ductile-, cast and sintered iron, nickel silver, graphite and short cutting aluminium alloys, brass and bronze. In addition, can also be used for hot-working and cold-working steels, as well as rust and acid-resistant steels (stainless steels V2A / V4A).
